I am so pleased to announce that we have finalized the venue for the MONTREAL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FUNDRAISER.
It is to held at the:
QUALITY SUITES in Pointe-Claire
on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26th 2009 from 11am to 4pm.
FREE to enter.
There is a raffle for some great prizes...value ranging from $35 to OVER $200.
Tickets are 1 for $3 or 3 for $7.
We are praying for a good turnout since our minimum goal is $2000.
It's for a TERRIFIC cause and would appreciate you coming.
Bring a friend or 2.
Vendors will be selling great items like handmade soap, candles, jewelry, Avon, pashminas, diaper cakes, baked goods and much more.

MONTREAL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FUNDRAISER

At the end of September 2009, PRECIOUS DELIGHTS will be hosting a fundraiser for the Montreal Children's Hospital.
The MCH has been a great source of comfort for many families, including ours.
We feel it is only right for us to repay them for their kindness and excellent.
Currently a venue has not been established, due to the great response, it has gone from just renting a small room in a community center to, HOPEFULLY, getting space in a mall or YMCA.
WHAT IS NEEDED?
Vendors and Traffic.
Vendors don't seem to be a problem...Traffic could be (that is why a Mall is our best bet)
If you are at all interested in participating, please contact me.
I am also looking for locations to post posters. If you will allow us to do so, then once everything is finalize, I will bring posters.

Ever hear of BANNER SWAPPING?

I didn't until I participated in a business trade show this past weekend.

For those of you who are clueless, as I was, let me explain.

Do you have a website? I made my own since I have such a small budget...well almost non-exsistant one. LOL.

Now I don't want to spend a TON of cash on a website for a business I am not 100% sure will take off.

I have been in 2 trade shows and met great connections. That is how I learned about BANNER SWAPPING.

As Small Business Owners we need to support one-another. The BEST way to do this is by posting other businesses banners on your site, while they do the same for you, FOR FREE.

At first I was skeptical....
What if I post their banners and no one posts mine. Well it is YOUR responsibility to make sure they do. If not just remove theirs. It's almost like you are playing BANNER POLICE. LOL.
Gotta do what you gotta do.

So there you have it.
Simple enough?

I started this Blog to help others who, just like me, who need ALL the help they can get.
